Making an Offer
Once you have found the property you want, I will write up a purchase agreement. While much of the agreement is standard, there are areas that we can negotiate, such as: The Price, The Move in Date, Additional Property, as well as any other details that represent your interests.

The Home Buying Process
There are many steps in buying a house, but I am here to guide through each step, one and a time.
“Buyers Reminders - Don’t forget the following on Closing Day:
- A certified check for closing costs and down payment. Make the check payable to yourself; you will endorse it to the title company at closing.
- An insurance binder and paid receipt
- Photo IDs
Social Security numbers
- Addresses for the past 10 years”
